Design of Illustrations for GQ Magazine

While I was working in the Art Department of “GQ Magazine” of “Condé Nast Publications” and designing page layouts and spreads, I was also assigned to design illustrations. From very detailed and colorful renderings of eyebrows of famous film directors to fashionable hairstyles and also black and white info graphics and icons, I was in charge to create them for almost every issue, thus honing my skills in a fast paced environment.

Photography Assistance for Markus Klinko & Indrani

Mingling in New York City’s photography world, I quickly became aquainted with the famous Celebrity Photographers “Markus Klinko & Indrani.” I was immediately hired and worked on numerous photo shootings for high-end fashion magazines and business clients. Since I was an experienced Art Consultant by that time, I setup the Fine Art Photography exhibition “Icons” at the Orensanz Foundation.

Art Consultation for Art Photo Expo Gallery

While strolling through “Art Photo Expo Gallery” during Art Basel in Miami in 2008, I was really intrigued by this gallery that featured Fine Art Photography. The next spring, it didnt took me by surprise that I became the Art Consultant at their locations in South Beach and also in SoHo, New York. I was able to promote numerous artworks and meet art collectors from all around the world. Learning how to maintain a three floor gallery was an exceptional experience that honed my interpersonal & communication skills.
