For the social media presence, especially Instagram of “Countess Mara,” that promotes neckties and other men’s accessories, I developed a concept for the visual direction this summer. Mainly, I created a multidimensional stage that plays with colors, patterns and different shapes while echoing the theme of the day such as “Fourth of July” or “Purple Heart Day.” In addition, I put Lifestyle images into the mix and reblog our clients’ posts wearing the tie. I also create new hashtags to keep the momentum. A selection of these ties can be purchased at Macy’s and Belk.
